Early Neutral Evaluation

early neutral evaluation « home

Early Neutral Evaluation is a mediation/arbitration process. Professionals, experienced in facilitating agreement, work as impartial parties to help parents establish parenting time schedules, custody arrangements and other solutions.

Social Early Neutral Evaluation includes parents, facilitators, and occassionally attorneys. The facilitators begin with mediation. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the facilitator will provide a non-binding decision.

For a Financial Early Neutral Evaluation, the process is essentially the same as for custodial and parenting time issues. Participants are comprised of accountants, appraisers, actuaries, business attorneys, and evaluators.

Early Neutral Evaluation is a non-binding process unless the parties choose to make it legally binding. That is a question for you to decide with advice from your attorney.
